CHECK IN: The Check in window for The Villa Agave begins at 3:00 PM.
CHECK OUT: We understand the value of sleeping in and departing at a relaxing pace, so check is 12:00 noon.
BREAKFAST: Breakfast is served between 8:30AM and 10:00AM. Please let us know if you have any food allergies, or if you have an activity in the morning that necessitates an early departure.
CANCELLATION:
SUITES: cancellations up to 7 days before your arrival date and time will receive a full refund. Cancellations under 7 days will receive a full refund minus one night’s stay.
ENTIRE VILLA: cancellations up to 14 days before your arrival date and time will receive a full refund. Cancellations under 14 days will receive a full refund minus one night’s stay.
PETS: The Villa Agave is a no-pet facility.
CHILDREN: The Villa Agave is not safe for children under 13.
FIRES: Due to extreme fire danger in the summer, fires are not permitted from June through October.
VISIT DURATION: All suites require a 2-night minimum. 3-night minimum on major holidays (July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s).

ALLERGIES: The Sierra foothills flora and the critters we have on-property can incite allergies. We also have a cat that comes indoors. If you have pet or pollen allergies, come prepared with Claritin or similar. If your allergies are extreme, The Villa Agave may not be a good fit for your getaway.
